1956-1958; stationed in Heidelberg, Germany.

Practice Areas:

Engaged in the general practice of law from 1971-1985 including criminal defense, juvenile law, divorce and child custody, contract law, wills and probate, commercial litigation, general civil litigation, and extensive personal injury litigation including plaintiff and some defense.

Since 1985, practice has been limited to plaintiff serious personal injury including car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, Michigan no-fault claims, farm injuries, construction injuries, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and wrongful death claims.

Dale, and his wife, Ginger, own and operate a 230 acre buffalo farm and personally care for 80 buffalo. They sell buffalo breeding stock all over the United States. They grew up on farms near Coopersville, Michigan, and have farmed on their own farm since 1972.
